Slashdot (
http://slashdot.org) is taking nominations (and, later, a
vote) for various awards; one of these awards is "Best Open Source Text
Editor", and the prize is US$10,000.
I think we should nominate XEmacs. ;-)
The voting process is being done in two phases. The first phase
(now) is where nominations are taken. Once the top nominees have been
determined a second voting phase will occur to determine the winner.
