lazy shot sucks.
it causes display flashing, which is really bad. lazy-lock doesn't do this.

Rather than using lazy-lock, you should use lazy-shot, for a couple of
reasons. The best, of course, is that it works.
While the code is called experimental, it's the C code that is, but
that was three years ago, and the experiment appears to be a success.
