I spoke to soon. It compiles ok under mswindows but not cygwin. You need to
#ifdef WINDOWSNT around emacs.c:vars_of_ntproc() rather than #ifdef
HAVE_MS_WINDOWS. The former indicates you are compiling natively, the
latter indicates you require the native gui.
