 I thought I already sent you a packaged version of eicq? 

Yes. I'll update it soon for internal udp support and encryption
module. (I put encryption routine in external c module and use
`load-module'.)

Should I send the package to xemacs-patch, or is package now truly
independently of xemacs such that I just have to upload to a certian
ftp area?
