The first couple of times I execute (custom-set-faces '(default ((t (:size "8pt" :foreground " black" :background " white" :family "Bitstream Vera Sans Mono"))) t) ) the size of my XEmacs frame shrinks, sometimes both the height and the width, sometimes just the height or the width. After a couple of executions, it stops shrinking. This behavior occurs even when I start XEmacs with "xemacs -vanilla". I normally invoke XEmacs with "xemacs -geometry 87x83-0-8". Shrinking stops when XEmacs is 85x81.
