Which should really be $HOME/.xemacs/packages instead :-(
Do you mean that it uses $HOME/.xemacs/packages or that it SHOULD use
$HOME/.xemacs/packages? INSTALL claims that it is .xemacs. I agree
that .xemacs/packages would be better, though, if only for consistency.
