Hi All, except for the following problem I have succeeded to upgrade xemacs.mak to build all info files natively on Windows NT without makeinfo.exe. I somebody feeling like implementing ＠macro in texinfmt.el? Even a partial implementation without argument handling would suffice for the problem at hand.
