Hi there! Just a short status: CDE DnD seems to be working, except on thing. Drops work fine (both text and file). Drags of text and file also work fine (as long as I drag the stuff into dtpad -- the text editor of CDE), and also drags of text data into dtfile (the filemanager) works good (creates a file with the text, name 'Unknown'), but if I drag one or files into dtfile, it will segfault (dtfile, not XEmacs...). I can investigate this next thursday. Adrian, you reported that no drags into other applications work for you. Can you please reinvestigate this? Perhaps it has something to do with the CDE version?
