Hi folks,
My little fling with Evolution is coming to an end. She didn't mean
anything to me. Really.
I'm trying to get XEmacs 21.5 + Gnus set up again. While customizing
stuff, I got an error about widget-move-and-invoke being undefined. It
is referred to in xemacs-packages/gnus/lisp/gnus-cus.el, but sure
enough, I don't see a definition anywhere. Does anybody know what's up
with that?
I have a couple of patches I applied to get things to build. I'll
submit those with Evolution (i.e., not with patcher) if I can't get
XEmacs + Gnus going Real Soon Now. I prefer not to resubscribe to the
mailing lists until then, so remember to CC me for the next couple of
days, please.

She kept changing the molecular structure of my DNA. Tsk, tsk.
What did you like about her?
Worked out of the box without all of the fancy setup I'm having to do to
get Gnus going. On the other hand, Gnus + XEmacs is a very powerful
combination that I've been missing for months now.

It looks like the results of a sync with Emacs. We'll either have to
get widget-move-and-invoke too, or roll back that part of the code to
whatever it used to be.

`widget-move-and-invoke' is no longer used in Gnus stable branch (from
which the XEmacs Gnus packages stems from):

the XEmacs package tree?
I'm not sure whether a single tag (e.g. "v5-10-xemacs-package") which
is moved after each sync or separate tags for each new package version
(e.g. "v5-10-xemacs-package-N_NN") would make more sense.

Sure thing.

I think tag per package would be more useful.
