Always reports a crash as an XEmacs bug. Lisp is supposed to be
"safe" from crashes.

Except that there's nothing we can do if you link with buggy
libraries. ESD has historically had a design bug in signal handling,
responsible for many crash reports.
If you don't care about ESD, I'd suggest turning it off by configuring
with --with-sound=noesd. If you do, you might want to investigate
whether the signal bug has been fixed. (It's on my list but low
priority since ESD support has been omitted from 21.4 builds by
default for months, and zero complaints about that, as well as zero
ESD-related crashes.)
