The package in question, "dictionary", has my approval for addition
into the XEmacs packages.
It already has an active maintainer so I'll ask them if they'd like to
maintain the XEmacs package version. If they don't want to I'll call
for a volunteer here to do it.
The lookup.el package, which is already part of the XEmacs packages
for quite some time also does support dictionary searches using a RFC
2229 dictionary server and much more, it also interfaces to many other
dictionary types. It is *very* useful.
