 using --package-path or actually installing it to
 $prefix/lib/xemacs. 
        Huh, yes, but where do you put them then ? :-) I can understand that
you want to put them outside $prefix/lib/. I've always considered the damn
packages should be located under $prefix/share/xemacs. But what's the point in
*not* using --package-path to do so ??
