It's in xemacs-base/advice.el and the original (unadvised) function
is in doc.c. What I don't understand is that doc.c hasn't been
touched for 7 months and advice.el for 5 years, so why is Frank
having a problem?
Frank, I can't reproduce this. Could you please M-x report-xemacs-bug
from 21.5.10 and send it in with any backtraces you can get. I'm at a
loss right now as to what the problem could be.
I've just fired up 21.5.10, enabled debug-on-error, started Gnus but I
can't seem to reproduce the problem. Extremely weird, as after I build
5.10 I ran into it every 10 seconds. I'll stay with 21.5.10 now and yell if
I encounter the problem again.
