I will make a diff (this time a unified diff) against 21.2.8 but I
*REALLY* think we should get this into 21.0 and any future releases
so that people get used to the idea. This technology can make a huge
difference to the usefulness of XEmacs, and delaying its inclusion
serves little purpose. This has been very well tested and has been
much refined. I am sure that there are still problems but we can
address those as they crop up.
