No. This is either intentional FUD, or an innocent mistake that will
never go away, since for anyone at Unisys to suggest removing it would
be a career-limiting move.
This is way corporate political evilness generally works. Few are
willing to lie outright for their company, but fewer yet are willing
to correct their company's (perhaps inadvertent) lies when those lies
bring potential benefit to the company.
