Dear Bug Team!
The "winclient" are not passing line number information to
"XEmacs". The command line
D:\temp>"C:\program files\XEmacs\XEmacs-21.4.9\i586-pc-win32\winclient.exe"
+2 test.tex
open the file "test.tex" on "XEmacs", but does not move cursor to
seccond line.
Note: If replace "winclient" with "xemacs", it move cursor to seccond
line, but it open new "XEmacs" windows and are not suitable for use on
Tex inverse search features.
Note: XEmacs instalation are of netinstall with default options,
without setup changes.
