With Andy's Cleanup patch. Toolbar icons are back to their regular
size, but the file dialog box is still dead ('Window height 1 too small
(after splitting)').
I can now exit shell mode without having to destroy XEmacs from the Task
Manager. In tty mode, however, I get this:
sh-2.01$ exit
exit
Process shell finished
Warning: Select failed; error code 9
after which there's no response from the Cygwin window.
'make install' again works on the second attempt, but for the second
build in a row, the first attempt gives me a blue screen crash
(yesterday I thought it must be a coincidence).
Invoking Info from toolbar, menubar or keyboard now gives me 'Wrong type
argument: stringp, nil.' The Info toolbar appears in the frame (a new
frame if invoked from the toolbar), but it's empty. My 'dir' file seems
to be in the right place. 'Debug On Error' doesn't seem to shed any
light. There's still the empty Info window, but no error message.
