Feature freeze for core XEmacs is May 15th, Midnight UT (+0000)/ 7PM US/Pacific (-0700). Anything not strictly a vital bug fix after that date will go into XEmacs 21.1. The burning question is, what will XEmacs/MS Windows be like by then?
