Which can break binary compatibility for modules, which is why we may
need to do this in the future anyway? Personally I really do not see
the difference between 20.3 vs 20.4 (or 19.15 vs 19.16) and 21.1.2
and 21.1.5
For the rest, the fact that we use
the /minor/ version number to denote a patchlevel only adds to the confusion!
