Actually, I agree that it is probably not cc-mode, per se, that is broken.
Since cc-mode hasn't been changed and XEmacs was, the fault is probably with
something in XEmacs that has changed and caused cc-mode to break.
In any event, I suspect that a 21.4.4 will be shortly forthcoming that
addresses these general parsing problems? If so, the developers working on
those issues should confirm that cc-mode is working correctly at the same
time, no?
