It shouldn't be XEmacs specific.
That's what I had assumed, but thanks for saying so. I've updated the
page to say this.
I know it's a bit confusing, but you might mention that on your
page
to clarify things.
I've omitted mention of "1.30" altogether - that should be better.
It'd be nice to get the version bundled with CVS synched too.
We don't bundle pcl-cvs with CVS any more, for exactly this kind of
reason. Getting things synched, and keeping them synched, is much
easier if there are two parties rather than three.
One last nit - you wrote "Xemacs" one place on your page,
it should be
"XEmacs".
