Not that I know of. There's not really much to it though. You need
to package-ify the Makefile (or add one if there isn't one), and add a
package-info.in. See any of the current packages, pick one whose
usage of files is similar to yours (ie, do you provide pixmaps or
other data files? info docs?) for what the Makefile needs.
Basically it's a matter of defining the appropriate variables in the
Makefile; to find out what's available, look in XEmacs.rules at the
top of the package hierarchy.
