I am using XEmacs-21.0.x/XEmacs 21.2.y and Gnus 5.6.45 and I am
still
getting this error message:
It is not an error message. It is a very mild warning.
Comparison between integer and character is constant nil (?2 and 0)
[nntp-retrieve-headers, gnus-retrieve-headers, gnus-cache-retrieve-headers,
gnus-retrieve-headers, gnus-select-newsgroup, gnus-summary-read-group-1,
gnus-summary-read-group, gnus-group-read-group, gnus-topic-read-group,
gnus-mouse-pick-topic, call-interactively]
This is an Ebola notice. It is probably not an error.
Anyway to turn it off? (I don't get this message in XEmacs 21.0
Norwegian.)
Compile without debugging enabled. It might be harmless enough to
disable all Ebola notices in 21.2.
