Switching through buffers based on mode is nice, but lacking for some stuff I
wanted to do, so I wrote some lisp to set up arbitrary buffer rings to cycle
through not too long ago, and I sent the first version of it to the list in
case someone else found it useful. I'll reattach it below as it has some
fixes in it over the previous version.
