I can't help with any, though :-( An RFC---I use VM, and I prefer it to leave attached messages unexpanded; that works well for me in most cases. So if all you are really doing is forwarding messages, _and_ you are doing a lot of them, I would prefer either (1) that you send the bunch as a digest rather than individually or (2) explicit inlining. This may be very idiosyncratic, so I'm willing to work with whatever is best for you.
