move-to-column modification

I'd like to change a bit `move-to-column' to get a finer control on the FORCE argument. Sometimes, you may want to go to the precise column if that's possible (by converting tabs into characters), but not if the line is too short. My plan is to allow the FORCE argument a value special of 'coerce which means exactly that. Any other value will behave as usual. This way I don't think we break any existing code.
