I don't recall. I vaguely recall objections that the patches weren't
general enough.
At the request of Jonathan Harris <jhar(a)tardis.ed.ac.uk>, I
reposted Kirill's patches to xemacs-nt (a couple of days ago). If
anyone's interested, I've got archived messages on the ensuing
discussion. I've also attached Kirill's last two messages on it (which
are also the last two in the thread).
