CVS. Any global committer can update that, which _should_

automatically update the official mirrors at xemacs.org,
SourceForge,
and SunSITE.dk. Something's busted, though, and Adrian is the expert.
It's not guarding about multiple concurrent or overlapping updates.
Perhaps I should think of a lock file or similar.
