How is Website Edited?

I am looking to create a series of simple web pages that have a static left-side and content in the middle. Clicking on links in the left-side will change the content displayed in the middle. This is similar to how the XEmacs site is designed (although you have a statoc bottom too). I see that you are using tables, not frames, to create the static area. But did you just type it all in using XEmacs or did you use some tool to assist in the layout and design? -- Jake Colman -- XEmacs Tinkerer
