In the meantime, for those people who are unfortunate enough to be stuck with using Windows, you can download and install the pre-release packages manually. 1) Connect to ftp.xemacs.org using your favourite FTP client.[1] 2) Change to the /pub/xemacs/beta/experimental/packages/ directory. 3) Download the packages you want. 4) Unpack them to <emacs-roots>/lib/xemacs/xemacs-packages/ Footnotes: [1] Heck, you can even use, <shudder>, Internet Exploder.
