Excuse me? 21.4 has supported the site-packages hierarchy for
years.
I use it myself. Have done for ages. Even ~/.xemacs/site-packages/
works in 21.4.
I didn't read that properly, did I? I didn't notice the `/*/lisp'
part. But 21.5 doesn't have that either, does it?
