If you'll implement it, I'll design it. It's more a case of will on your
part
than anything else. I can give you instructions sufficient enough to match
your level of expertise.
Probably I can help this project, especially elisp part.
I'll need more time to be able to understand whole Mule, but
I'll be much better than now by the time 21.4 development
starts.
