We're working on getting things to work under XP, but last I
heard
none of our developers were willing to make XP their normal
environment because this kind of breakage is rampant. You are either
100% Microsoft, or you can't use XP for normal work.
I may not be an XEmacs developer but I'm using XEmacs under XP for
months now, running 21.5.12 now with gnus. Simply I do not use
Cygwin. Native port is ok. From the API point of view, nothing should
change from NT/2K since XEmacs is meant to be compatible.
