First, until ETL *I* haven't had the disk space to do this.[1] Now that
I'm at ETL and have disk space, I don't have bandwidth for uploading
to the FTP site. I was told four months ago that I would be able to
carve out an area on the local FTP server for XEmacs tarballs, but it
still hasn't happened yet.
