After an archive search I updated my Cygwin install with the "NoX" Cygwin
package. I can clearly see "C:\cygwin\bin\cygXpm-noX4.dll" on my disk, and in
my cygcheck output (which I'll include here). Unfortunately, this seemed to
make no difference. I get the same error when I rerun Cygwin/XEmacs.
Is C:\cygwin\bin\ in your PATH environment variable? Does it make a
difference whether you start XEmacs from Cygwin bash or not?
