So, then we can add a sentence instead of a word. "If you are using the stable
release, untar the sumo tarball into $prefix/lib/xemacs. If you are using the beta
release, untar the sumo tarball into $prefix/share/xemacs".

Hi Richard:
But, the instructions are also for those using stable releases. Some,
or all, of which, still expect the packages to be in /usr/local/lib.
However, I agree that the documentation should be fixed for both sets
of users.
