I don't intend to argue about it. There isn't any need really.
Balloon Help isn't part of XEmacs, so I'll continue to support
it regardless of what XEmacs does. If applications want the
Windows specific tooltip feature they can reference it. If they
want my stuff, they can reference it. As long as you don't
steal my Lisp symbol names (as FSF Emacs did with the timer
stuff, the bastards (I'm smiling as I write this)), I'll be happy.
