Request for ps-print.el

Hello, I have used NT Emacs ps-print.el, which allows line numbers to be printed with my output. No such variable (ps-line-number) exists in the NT XEmacs version of ps-print.el. Are there any plans to upgrade this package to provide similar support, or does an equivalent package already exist which allows for this functionality? Thanks in advance for your help....
