Hi Steve,
I have seen this, but it didn't seem reproducible and I didn't find
the time to disagnose the problem.
This problem seems to be recent (think weeks or months)?

Isn't this the problem where if you create a .xemacs directory, the
bug disappears? Does that help any in tracking it down?
