Seriously, I do not want to give XEmacs some standard look and feel
inspired by some gudelines and period. My point is that I would
seriously object against putting scrollbar on the left by default.
If someone wants scrollbars to scroll in the opposite direction,
or diagonal scroll bars accross the window, then fine, this is why
XEmacs exists :) Only not by default, that's what has always been
my point.
