It looks like gcc thinks your system includes are broken. Since
you're using gcc, you probably need to run the "fixincludes" script
supplied by gcc. (If you're not using gcc, then something is very
badly broken because gcc private includes are in the include path.)

Well, for starters you should upgrade to 21.4.10 (which will be out in
a few hours). 21.1.14 is a lame duck; although it's labeled "stable",
there will never be another release in the 21.1 series. 21.4.11 will
very likely be promoted to "stable".
