That's where they originally came from, though, I'm pretty sure.
Rather than make an update, why don't you split it out as a separate
package? That way the XEmacs package can correspond more closely to
the upstream.

That TurboLinux address is long since dead. Steve doesn't want his
current address published anywhere that webcrawlers can find it. Ask
me directly if you want it. I'll probably be talking to him by phone
before you can get an email through, though---he's on vacation, and
does not have net access, until Monday 8/19 IIRC.
