Can I commit the define-minor-mode patch? I would really like for that
to go in. Plus I sent a batch of bug reports and patches tonight based
on inspecting the byte compiler output. We ought to figure out how to
(1) reduce the byte compiler output so that the real problems are easier
to pick out; or (2) write scripts that pick out real problems from all
the verbosity. I did that for macro calls compiled as function calls,
but there are clearly other problems we should be looking for.
