[mule-base] mule-debug.el
mule-debug was removed from mule-base sometime ago. But
mule-debug.el itself is hanging around in CVS repository.
So some functions are leaked into auto-autoloads.el where
actually mule-debug.el is not exist.
For example, list-charsets and describe-font. I think `cvs
remove' will solve this problem.
