`call-process-internal' is documented to "[...] Insert output in
BUFFER before point; [...]" (And that's how it used to behave until
sometime last week.)
However, it inserts the output *after* the point, which is, for
example, the cause of the recent Dired breakage.
Could you fix this, Ben? Should be easy for you ...
