To get 21.5 builds working:
In Local.rules change 'XEMACS_21_5 = t' to 'XEMACS_21_5 ='. Ben has
some workspaces to be checked in that will use that setting, but right
now it's not there.
As for the 21.4 builds, I'll see what your next build run says. It
_should_ be working.
