Intent to implement Emacs 20 find-file-literally
Is there some reason we did not implement this? Is this function
perhaps ideologically blasphemous?
Kirill, you deleted the related function find-file-binary, but it's
used in hexl.el. I intend to implement find-file-literally, and use
it in hexl.el.
