fontlock-speed
Hallo,
What have you done to fontlocking?
I switched from XEmacs 21.1... to 21.4.5 and my fontlocking slowed down by a
foctor like 10. In the stable Version files just opened now I've got to wait
for about 10 to 15 seconds for some ordinary files. The fancy progress bar is
only cold comfort for this annoying behaviour.
Also lazy shot is no real alternative, because then all scrolling and
isearching becomes slow.
Please make it fast again.
