That's right. Tests that require packages should fix up load-path the
way packages/package-compile.el does.
Adrian's other change is useful in this particular case, but very
annoying in the very common case where a very short list of assertions
is run over and over again in slightly varying contexts. In general,
you really need to run test-harness interactively and get the whole
list of PASS/FAIL. I tried a similar patch for a few months and
decided not to submit it to xemacs-patches.
