[REQUEST] xemacs-users-ru list archive on XEmacs site displays non-ascii subjects in more readable fasion
XEmacs.org stores archives of xemacs-users-ru. Most articles on the list have
their subjects in koi8-r.
The subjects are displayed 'as is', without processing. Concider for exmaple
the subject:
XEmacs =?koi8-r?b?yQ==?= `coding' file variable
It would be great if xemacs.org archives recognise and present rfc 2047
encoded headers in the specified encoding. An image is attached to the article
that shows how the example subject should look like.
